Can't start online franchise games

Me and thebrickwall have been trying to play our game. Every time an invite is sent to start the game, the user receiving the invite gets a message saying "failed to retrieve game information from opponent". Anyone know what we can do to play the game?

idk but ive had this problem in a different franchise twice and some1 said if u guys are both using wireless internet that could be the prob and u might jave to try and play wired if at all possible idk if it works but thats what i herd

When we tried today I actually used a wired connection... idk about him though.
