We need to come up with like a bidding system for free agency to make it fair and not first come first serve so that whoever joins the franchise doesnt get all the good free agents mabye make so the teams not as good ovr get more points

So what your saying is each team has so many points based on how good there team is and whoever offers the most points gets the players? If that's what you mean that's good but I think there should be a wider point gap between the good and bad teams.

why not just pick like draft in order of overall of team lowest first ,1 person 75 n over and 1 lower than 75

nope this is for offseason and reagular season if you run out of points you can sign some1 for the minimum of 1 point

okay and when do we get alotted the points after each offseason.basically after we have done most of our roster changes to see our overall.so we get assigned our points like right b4 the season.
